There’s time to breathe, change if you need to, and get comfortable before class starts. Nothing is rushed.
Classes are 45 minutes long and flow at a steady, approachable pace.
Most people like starting with a Monday or Wednesday 5:30pm beginner class because they are specifically designed for brand new folks — but any class on the schedule works (there are classes 6 days a week).
T-shirt and pants are recommended :) We pride ourselves on being a family friendly space - no loose tanks - let’s keep the goods safely tucked away.
