What Your First Class Feels Like​

Walking into Bold Fitness feels simple and comfortable.

You’ll park in the open lot at the back of the building, walk in a few minutes early, and settle in.
There’s time to breathe, change if you need to, and get comfortable before class starts. Nothing is rushed.

Classes are 45 minutes long and flow at a steady, approachable pace.
Most people like starting with a Monday or Wednesday 5:30pm beginner class because they are specifically designed for brand new folks — but any class on the schedule works (there are classes 6 days a week).

T-shirt and pants are recommended :) We pride ourselves on being a family friendly space - no loose tanks - let’s keep the goods safely tucked away.
There’s nothing special you need to do beforehand.
